:: Left work early today for a doctor's appointment. Had a little LEEP surgery awhile back and have had to go back every three months, then every six months, for checkups. Now, I go back in seven months and then I'm back to an annual appointment thankfully. I get my results next week, hopefully all looks well.
:: Waited for an hour and a half to get into the doctor, and it took him five minutes to do the procedure. What a waste!!! Got out of there around 4:45, and decided to run some errands. I picked up a birthday gift for a coworker, and then headed to Michaels and Hobby Lobby to begin shopping for my scrapbook secret santa. You can fill your container with a lot more stuff if you find it on sale! So I plan on frequently those two places to see what the sales are. I am beyond excited about the container I found for my girl!!!!!!!!!! We have a $20 spending limit on the scrapbook goodies that go inside, but then the container is in addition to that. I can't wait to give it to her...
:: I also started some of my other Christmas shopping!!!! Woot woot!! Kim was telling me yesterday that she is well on her way with hers, and I thought to myself, Good golly, get on the ball girl!! So, I got two people done this evening, and started on one other. I feel much better now!
:: Reading two chapters this evening for my book study tomorrow...
:: Watched SYTYCD...thought there were some really great dances tonight. I was so ticked off that they voted Russell into the bottom two guys. WHAT???? If they had voted him off, I would have been livid. LIVID! I really love him, to be a crumper he sure pulls off the other styles extremely well. He's my early favorite, I loved him all through auditions. I don't know the rest too well yet, so we shall see...
:: Aspen is sound asleep on the floor behind me...she must be going through a growing spurt, because she is napping all the time. She is almost as tall as me. And she tried on my 80s costume and it fit her. How is that possible?? She's going to wear it for Halloween, it will be fun to compare pics of her and me in the costume! She just finished reading, "Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas" by James Patterson (yes, the one that somehow is BELOW her reading level even though it's an adult book???)...the ending took her off guard and she just cried and cried.
:: Ocho goes to the vet tomorrow for his rabies shot...and will also have the vet test his urine ph level. His new food and stone pills seem to be working well. Hopefully no more stones ever!!!!
Gotta read...

I can't wait to see pictures of Miss Aspen in your 80s outfit! That will be some good pictures for sure. Just makes me a little sad that these kids think that is a costume now! That is the way we once lived!!!! lol
