:: The soccer tournament over the long holiday weekend was pretty good. We came in second. Played four games, 2 Saturday and 2 Sunday. Went to a Scrapbook Warehouse, which was disappointing. My least favorite of all I've been to. Got home Sunday around 7:00 or so.
:: Our lazy holiday was spent sleeping late...we slept in until 11:00!!! Not sure how Ocho allowed us to do that, but he was right there snoozing with us!
:: Back to work today...did tedius work all day...my eyes are crossed and my brain fried!
:: Chris and I attended an Open House this evening at the Junior High. That was kind of fun...we giggled our way around the halls, moving from class to class as the bells rang. We decided it's really pretty interesting that we ended up together, as in school we were VERY different from one another!!!
:: I had high hopes for Aspen having a good 6th grade year...but we've discovered this evening that we are already back to some of the problems we were having the last two years. This is disappointing to me, and I feel like I am at a loss as to how to get her on the right foot.
:: Tomorrow night is bunko, and I am looking forward to that...right now, I am baking a yummy chocolate dessert. Can't wait to sink my fork into it!
:: Can not believe that this Friday we are heading to St. Louis! I'm looking forward to the trip. A whole week there, and Ocho and Roxy will be able to play again. And seeing my younger cousin Katie get married...awww!
:: I guess that's about all I've got for now...more tomorrow!
