a few recent pages

Last Saturday was our December crop, and I was able to get quite a few layouts done. I am in a real mood with my scrapbooking lately...I don't care if it's a masterpiece. I just want to get a lot done. I'm so behind, it starts to weigh on me. So I want to just get my pictures scrapped and in an album.

Here are the layouts I completed at the crop...thought you might want to see them:

A page showcasing our Christmas card from 2007...

A very quick and easy one of Chris and his mom from Christmas 2007.

Fonda and Clarence just celebrated a big milestone anniversary...she was so sweet to give me this beautiful photo of the two of them. As soon as I saw it, I couldn't wait to scrapbook it! I still need to journal on this one...

Just a cute one of Mr. Ocho...thought this paper was loud and fun...

This two-page spread shows two photos I took last year of Chris and his department at work...

This photo of Aspen laughing like a goonbird cracks me up...

One of me learning how to knit from my friend Terry...I love knowing how to knit! You're never to old to learn something new...

A page of Aspen playing her flute...she is quite good at it, and is in the Honor band...

A very quick one of two favorite photos...

This canyon was beautiful. I didn't know there was anything like this in Texas, it felt like we were totally somewhere else. This was such a fun trip with Chris...

And finally, one of Aspen and a few friends at the Balloon Fest a few years ago...

Those are done, time for some more! In 2009, I want to scrapbook a lot more. It has gotten to the point where I really only make the time to scrapbook once a month, and that's at the crops. I need to be doing it much more frequently!!!

Lovely layouts. Love the one of Ocho - just seems to be perfect. I'm with you - so far behind and need to take the time to work on it more than just at the crops. We're not stopping taking the pics - that's for sure!!! PTS
