Well, its "almost" official! Our house is "almost" on the market!

We spent a few hours with our realtor this evening, signing paperwork and taking photos of our house for the internet websites. She's going to get the listing into the system, bring the For Sale sign, and then we shall see!

Obviously, the sooner the better since we have a house waiting on us in contingency. So, if you wouldn't mind crossing your fingers, praying, or talking to the universe (whatever it is that you do), we'd appreciate it!!
