:: I was able to squeeze in some scrapbooking this weekend! I got 5 pages done, and thought I would post them below for your viewing pleasure :) They are plain and simple, but done, and that makes me happy!

A favorite photo...

A trip to Six Flags with Kim's family a few years ago...

The Dig Gig for work last year...
I have 50 pages preplanned and ready to scrapbook at the July retreat, and hopefully I'll be able to go!!
:: I finished "The Host" by Stephanie Meyer, and thought it was a very interesting concept. Well written, entertaining, and a good ending. I'm excited to see what my book buddy brings me next! It's kind of a neat concept, not having control over what's next!
:: Chris and I spent many hours this weekend discussing the house possibility. As it stands today, we are going to put earnest money down and move forward. What that means is, they will hold the house in contingency for three months while we try to sell our own house. They can sell it out from under us within that time frame if something comes around, but they seem willing to hold it for us for that time. We will meet with our realtor tomorrow night to sign the paperwork, and to get our house on the market. Then the fun begins! Showing the house, keeping the house clean, taking the dogs with us when it shows. Fingers crossed that it all works out. It has been such a long, draining, downer of an experience so far, and if it actually works out, I will be happy then. For now, I stand reserved and leary.
:: Harpers Island...did anyone watch that 13 episode series on tv?? Chris started watching it, and I jumped in at around the third episode. We loved it! This weekend was the 2 hour series finale, and it was great. So many twists and turns! And scary! Not too scary for me, but scary enough for Chris! I'm kind of sad that it's over now...
:: Dogs got baths today, laundry is done, pantry and fridge is stocked...Sunday is about over and then a crazy work week begins. All the sales managers will be in the office all week, which makes for a crazed atmosphere. And Thursday is our annual Dig Gig, a little party with dinner and dancing. This year they are having a talent competition and that should be entertaining! I'm looking forward to it...
