:: Another weekend is in the books...and it wasn't too shabby :)

:: Friday evening, we went to Casa with some friends and had a fun dinner...then headed back to their house for a bit.

:: Saturday was a track meet here in town...Aspen ran the mile and a half (came in 4th) and the mile (came in third)...not a great showing, certainly not where she was last year. She is not seriously training, and she says her ankle is hurting...

:: Chris and I went to see The Bounty Hunter between Aspen's races on Saturday...it was pretty cute. I'm a huge fan of Jennifer Aniston, the movie was pretty good...not outstanding. I am sure happy that my sweet hubby agreed to go with me!

:: The majority of my Sunday was spent balancing my checkbook...blah!! Somehow I was about $200 off, and I could not find it anywhere. After HOURS, I did discover some of it...but I'm still about $36 off. That's much better. Grr. Church and laundry and that's about it. Chris and I did stop at an Open House at this new house we had looked at awhile back during the building phase...it was amazing, every single thing was an upgrade and the things they had chosen were so very nice. I'm trying to keep Chris' "house mania" at bay...wish me luck!!!!

:: Taking Ocho in tomorrow morning to have his stitches removed! Hopefully all goes well. Our boy is making us so happy, it is great seeing him back to his normal self. He is in week 3 of his 6 week recovery, and we're having a hard time keeping him subdued. He wants to play and run! And hump his pillow!!!
