:: Friday, Chris and I received our anniversary gift from my mom and Randy! She was kind to let us open it eary, and below is a picture of what we received:

Since the 4th anniversary theme is fruits and flowers, she found a fabric that included both and had a cute pillow made for our bedroom. It's so cute! She thought it might go on our bed, but I think I like it on our reading chair better. Perfect colors! Thanks Mom and Randy!
:: Hard to believe that we are about to celebrate our 4th anniversary on August 4th, this coming week. Love my hubby and the life we share together!!! We will be having dinner together on Thursday, and then we'll be taking a little getaway trip to Fredericksburg soon. Can't wait for that!!!
:: On Saturday, Chris and I did 20 miles...Chris running and me on the bike. It was a long morning, but we had fun. Chris and I always have the best conversations during those times, and it is just good to be out there with him. The highlight was seeing my favorite donkey, who comes running to the fence when he sees us! He is very friendly and such a cutie!

:: Saturday afternoon, we had lunch at the new Ghengis Grill with Neeley, and did a few errands. Then ended up at the mall, and look who was there!!
:: Sunday was church and chores...though Chris and I did run a few extra errands than usual.
:: Had to share this cute one...love this girl!

:: At Walmart on Sunday, we witnessed something crazy. The woman in line in front of us had a cartful of stuff -- about 20 bottles of Advil, 20 Herbal Essence shampoos, etc. She then handed the checker a handful of coupons. The total came to $115. Once the coupons were wrung up, Walmart ended up OWING her $3.00!!!! Please tell me how this is possible! Where do you get coupons like this? How much time do you have to spend a week to get deals like this? But on the other side of it, what on earth is she going to do with 20 bottles of Advil? There is no way we could use that up before it all expired. It is so intriguing...I need to figure out some of the tricks!!!
