Our marriage makes me happy! I love this man with all my heart...and it doesn't hurt that he is so dang cute! :)

Our 4th anniversary was a very lovely day...I had a book study at lunch, so Chris and Neeley went to eat together...and Chris came back with these beauties for me:

They are a gorgeous color, and I love that they are lilies and should last a little longer than my normal gerber daisies (those are one of my faves, but they die sooo quickly). These perked my desk right up!

This evening, we opened gifts and, as expected, Chris went way overboard. Luckily I didn't believe his "let's not do gifts" claim and was prepared with a few for him too!

I bought him this beautiful cross from James Avery, and I think he really liked it. He doesn't have a cross, and I thought he really needed one. This can be worn underneath his shirts, and close to his heart...James Avery stuff is so nice...

For his "4th anniversary themed gift", I went with the fruit theme and bought him an entire bag full of BANANA laffy taffy, his favorite!! :) Finding just banana proved to be more difficult than expected, but I finally found some!! He'll be eating them for months...

For my gift, Chris went with the blue topaz theme and gave me this glorious bracelet. It is so striking! I am a big fan of the blue topaz stone to begin with, and this bracelet has 27 circles of happiness. My hubby has very good taste!!! I love it! More importantly, I love HIM!!

For our dinner out together, we chose Copper Creek and dined on yummy seafood. Chris got the plank salmon and I got the stuffed shrimp scampi. We enjoyed good conversation, as always, and just the wonderful time together. We are blessed as a couple with a special love, I believe!!!

We could have had the waiter take our pic, but it's so much more fun to use the phone and stick your arm out, so your heads are warped :)

Without meaning to, we both even wore our polos from Express with the big lions on them. Totally unplanned, but too cute, eh? :)

Happy anniversary to my amazing husband...four down, and the rest of our lives to go!!! Love you!
