I left work today at 4:30 in the company's big Suburban and headed to Arlington, Tx for the Mail and Marketing EXPO tomorrow. I did fine on the three hour drive, didn't get sleepy once. And didn't run into any bad traffic, so that was nice too. Picked up some dinner, checked into a very nice La Quinta and have been getting my stuff ready for the morning. Now I plan to relax and read!! Should be an interesting day tomorrow. I will hopefully learn a lot that will help me in my new position, which tends to still feel a bit foreign at times. I wish I wasn't attending solo, it won't be fun not knowing a single person there. But I shall overcome!! ;) Day starts at 8:30 and ends at 5:00, then another three hour drive home. Here's to learning!!!
