two things

First, I wanted to share a photo from our weekend! This is the machine that Chris and Neeley rented...a towable man-lift. They needed it to finish off a lot of things on the second story: windows, eaves, roof. Chris and Neeley are both afraid of heights, but they tooled around in this thing like pros! They'll be renting it again, as they didn't finish everything they needed to this past weekend...

And today was the first day of school around these parts...Aspen's junior year. Technically, she is still classified as a sophomore, until she makes up a few credits that she failed last semester of her sophomore year. But, let the fun times begin...

She looked very pretty for her first day...her shorter hair is very becoming on her.

We'll see how this year goes...if you are of the praying persuasion, I wouldn't mind a few prayers on her behalf and ours. Pray for GOOD CHOICES and CARING ABOUT SCHOOL. Thank you!!!

Hope you all had a good day...my morning was good but my afternoon exploded. Lots of problems all piled on top of me all at once and that was a tad overwhelming. But, made it through...and then battled the crowd at Office Depot to get Aspen's school supplies. I'm not sure why they can't give us the supply list beforehand????
