:: Stumbled upon a Joel Osteen sermon after dinner...decided to stop on it and listen, and it's hitting home big time. It's always so funny how God gets his messages to you. He's talking about how all the challenges we come across in life is really God touching us in our areas of weakness so that we can grow. We try to pray away our challenges, but really God is putting them there. He wants us to change how we handle them. He wants our quality to grow as we work with God to be the best us we can be. This is only a test. Answer with quality.
:: About to begin a book study at work, a book by R.T. Kindle. I've read his book about forgiveness and it was a strong message. This new book is called "Just Say Thanks"...helping us to show God our thankful hearts. Should be interesting...and so beneficial.
:: Tonight the guy who bricked/stoned our house stopped by to give Chris an estimate on finishing up the shop. He should be able to get us numbers tomorrow. Monday, the electrician is coming by about wiring the building. He's still working on the roofer. He's trying to get it to a closed in point, and then the inside can wait a bit.
:: We are also refinancing our house -- taking 15 years off of our loan! Seems insane to me. We are closing next Friday...exciting times!
:: Dinner was yummy; chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, spinach, and peas.
:: Time to do more preplanning for the crop!!!
