the weekend flew

:: This weekend flew by -- I need two more days please!!!

:: Friday evening, Chris had his dinner with his business partners, and I ended up having a date with Aspen. We had dinner at Red Robin and I enjoyed talking with her. We had some good conversation. Then we went to Nikki's. Best of all, she brought me a bouquet of beautiful flowers! :) Now that is a date! Afterwards, she went to spend the night with a friend, and Chris and I met up at home later that evening.

:: Saturday, I enjoyed my scrapbook crop at Kim's house. It was a fun day, and I was able to get the basic layouts done for 42 pages. Yay! Now I am looking forward to the retreat next month!!!

:: Saturday evening, Chris and I went to Hobby Lobby so I could spend a gift card and restock my scrapbook paper supply. I think I am good now for a bit! I never thought my paper supply would ever get low, but that day did come. Then we had dinner at Brickoven Pizza and went home to watch The Place Beyond the Pines. That was a weird movie and we didn't end up watching the whole thing.

:: Sunday - church, laundry, grocery shopping, and meeting with Chris. Then I plan to organize my new paper!! :)

This coming week -- hair appointment Tuesday, and going to Austin Saturday/Sunday for Chris to run his half marathon. Should be a good week. My throat is a bit sore, hoping this goes away soon.
