:: Hope you had a good Valentine's Day with your loved ones! Chris and I enjoyed a nice sushi dinner at Tokyo -- they were very crowded, but most people were waiting for the hibachi. We were seated right away, and on Valentine's Day that is almost unheard of! Afterwards, we made a stop at Dairy Queen for Blizzards, and then went to the movies! We saw Endless Love -- it was decent, but a pretty typical story line. It was nice to see a chick flick though!! :) One of our mutual goals this year is to do a book study together, and for Chris' gift I gave him the book we will read. Gary Chapman's "Now Your Speaking My Language"...looking forward to that!!
:: Saturday, I slept a little late which was nice. Then Chris went to run 6 miles with some coworkers and I gave both dogs a bath. Then I did Spring Cleaning in our master bedroom which took most of my day. That evening, Chris and I had dinner at Fuzzy's Tacos. This is a new restaurant in town, and we thought it was pretty tasty! When we walked in, we saw Addison and Charlee, eating with Addison's twin Abe and his wife. They were nice and pulled up an extra table for us so we could join them! Afterwards, we did the grocery shopping and then rented/watched Zero Dark Thirty about Bin Laden. That was a pretty intense movie.
:: Today, we enjoyed church and then had some lunch. Chris and I had our weekly meeting, and then I did the laundry and got caught up on bills, etc. All ready for the coming week! This evening, we are having dinner at Addison's parents house. The boys in the new business are getting together and the whole family is joining so that will be fun! And then...the Walking Dead! Can't wait!!!
:: Tomorrow, I will attend my first workshop for wellness. Looking forward to that. I am interested to see what the topic will be.
:: Monday it was 20 degrees -- today it is 80 degrees. Our weather is completely insane but I am not complaining -- I will take the 80 degrees as often as we can get it!!!!!! Currently, we are wearing shorts and sitting on the back porch. And our pups are laying on the concrete, sweating :)
