:: I just took Chris' birthday cake out of the oven and our house smells so good! Letting it cool and then I will ice it and decorate :) My sweet hubby is turning 40 tomorrow!!!
:: Tomorrow morning, bright and early, (I'm talking 4:30 am), we'll be getting up and getting ready...leaving the house at 5:15...driving 40 miles out...and Chris will begin his 40 mile run toward home at 6:00 am!!! He is certainly extreme :) I am looking forward to the day and watching it all unfold. Please pray for him! Some specific prayers would be for no rain, for good cloud coverage, for strong legs, and endless endurance. I am so proud of him for taking this on -- he ended up raising almost $2000 for Charity Water, which brings water to about 100 people in Africa who are living without.
:: I got my hair done this evening -- colored, and decided to cut too.
:: Have a fun and safe 4th of July!!!
