:: Oh weekends, how I love you!

:: Friday evening, we had a lovely dinner with friends. Kelly and Katie hosted in the new house, and there were 4 couples there altogether. We had yummy food and fun conversation. It was nice to spend some time with friends.

:: Saturday, Chris and Neeley worked on things around the house (like putting trash/junk in the big dumpster we are renting), and I ran some errands. I bought scrapbooks at Hobby Lobby and was able to put a big pile of layouts away finally. I also bought a big dry erase board for my closet wall, and I am loving that already. That evening, Chris and I enjoyed sushi for dinner (yum!) and then we went to see American Sniper. Such a good movie, we really enjoyed it! (And yes, the fake baby is VERY obvious!). We bought tickets early online, thankfully, because they were all sold out again. We got there at 8:00 for a 9:00 movie, and had to stand in a long line for about 30 minutes. We were happy to finally see it!

:: Sunday, the same as usual. Church (we are currently talking about Heaven), grocery shopping, laundry, Jamberries, etc. Chris also ran 18 miles and now he is pooped!!

:: Tonight I am making shrimp tortellini pasta for dinner, with zoodles. Yum! Tomorrow begins no grains...and Whole30 is fast approaching! I am feeling better already. Nutrition plays a bit part of our health -- once you start learning about the CRAP that is in our processed foods, you quickly learn what to avoid. Unfortunately, that isn't a small list!!!

:: Here's to a good week ahead!!!
