:: Weekend recap!

:: Friday evening, I worked out after work, and then we went for dinner at Wholly Cow for burgers. Chris' department at work is doing a "Best Burger in Town" competition, and there is a list of places they all have to eat within a certain time period. (Yep, we'll be eating lots of burgers!). Last night was the first place, and there is an evaluation Chris needs to do. Kinda fun! Then we came home and watched Left Behind with a free Direct TV coupon. OH MY that movie was sooooo bad. Left Behind is a big novel series, and one I was thinking about reading. The movie has Nicholas Cage as the lead, so I anticipated it being a blockbuster. The acting was AWFUL. It was like they were all reading directly from the script. Do NOT recommend!

:: Saturday, I had a lovely day at the January crop with the girls! I was able to size a ton of photos for printing. I completed 2014 and am nearly done with 2014. I have about 6 more events to size and then -- I will be completely caught up on photo printing. Crazy. That evening, Chris and I had dinner at Fazoli's, and then rented The Rover from Red Box. It just wasn't our weekend for movies. This one sucked too, and we didn't even watch the whole thing -- went to bed about halfway through.

:: We had wanted to see American Sniper this weekend, but alas -- all of the showings were sold out. We will try next weekend!!

:: Sunday has been church, chores, and jamberry -- for this week, I put on a cute silver snakeskin pattern.

:: This week, I have a quick business trip. Me, my boss Jeff, and our new video guy are heading to San Antonio on Monday evening...then we'll have a big client meeting on Tuesday morning, then head back to Abilene that afternoon. Will be nice to get out of the office!

:: This week, of no dairy, has gone well. It was more difficult than I thought it would be. I eat more dairy than I realized! But, it is done. This coming week will be Week 3 = No Legumes. That means no beans of any kind, no peas, no lentils, and no peanuts. I do believe that will be easier than the no dairy. I am up to no sugar, no dairy and no legumes. Staying strong. The only thing I miss is wine!!

Hope you all have a great week ahead!
