:: I am still making my way through Unbroken. Part IV has taken a very long time to get through. So much detail on the POW experience. It was all very interesting, though. I'm nearing the end of Part IV and then have to read all of Part V before this Saturday. We are having our first book club meeting at Nadene's house. Should be fun! I am taking fruit salad ;)
:: Today is it! Day 30 of my Whole30 experience!!! Very excited that I have another successful one under my belt. I feel great! Though today I feel very bloated and like I am twice my normal size, it is very uncomfortable. I'm not sure what I ate that caused this. Tomorrow morning, I get to weigh myself -- should be interesting to see where I'm at currently. And then from here...on to my new plan. But first -- very, very stale Peep hearts as a treat!!! Four of them, to be exact :)
:: It is supposed to be around 60 degrees tomorrow and I could not be happier -- I hope hope hope that they are accurate on that one. I am DONE with winter!! Of course, it is supposed to snow again later in the week. No wonder my allergies are all a mess. Mother Nature is confusing!
:: My coworker, Allison, was back to work today after a week of vacation. She went to Disney World, and I asked her to get me something Eeyore (I paid her back, of course!)...she brought me the cutest mug! It is purple with glitter clouds and Eeyore's face, and it says "Thanks for noticing me"...love it and can't wait to drink my tea from it tomorrow! She also got me his "autograph", ha!!
:: I also wore my new workout pants tonight, see how cute! It was a crappy workout though, because my stomach hurt. So it was a waste of cute pants ;)
:: Ok, gotta go do some reading -- time to finish this book!!! For next month, I am going to suggest we read "Still Alice", which the movie of the same name is based on -- the Oscar winner. We shall see if it gets picked! I am next hostess, so maybe I get to pick!!
