Whipped up a quick digital "get well" card for my friend and coworker, Angie. She is into vintage stuff, so I thought this charming lady would be perfect for her. The card, which will be oversized, will make the rounds through the entire company tomorrow so everyone can sign it. She had back surgery today (Tuesday), and it went very well from what we hear. Please keep her in your thoughts, she's a terrific, unique lady that I just adore!!!
{ ps...it's hard to see in the image, but the black bar has her name repeated across it...angie angie angie angie... it's very subtle }

Nice card...how'd u make it?? Did u print it on normal paper?? Did u draw the little lady?? SO lovely. She will be rapt with it. Best wishes to ur co worker. Hope she has a speedy recovery!
I created the card in Photoshop...created the textured background, the polka dot pattern is a scrapbook paper I found online, and the woman is a piece of art I found online. There are also some Photoshop brushes thrown in there too! It will be printed on a heavy cardstock...
Oh Kelley, that is a wonderful card. Angie will be very excited to get it, it will certainly make her smile! Great job.
Love the card. Very nice. It will definitely cheer her up. Glad to hear the surgery went well.
