First off: I just had to share this. Pink and brown is everywhere right? Now it is EVEN at the soccer complex! These are the tournament shirts designed to sell this year. How funny is that!? There was brown with pink and brown with blue. Soccer sure is getting trendy!!! This is one soccer shirt I just might wear!
Next up: I found THE bag I've been looking for on Friday evening. I have really been loving my big tote bag, and since I've liked it so much, I wanted to find a more tailored looking "big" purse. This Kenneth Cole fit the bill perfectly, I love it. I was wanting one kind of shaped like a bowling bag or a doctor bag, and this one is...
Then I found these stockings! The stockings we currently have are a huge mish mash. Every one is different and none of them go together. I've been looking everywhere for some CHEAP cool stockings that matched...not necessarily all the same one, but definitely the same "look". I found these at Ross for $6.99 each. I couldn't believe it! The cheapest ones I've found so far were $12.99, and they were reall tacky! So I was pumped, and they had exactly 6 different ones. One for each of us! Now I just need to figure out how to get all of our names on there...any suggestions?? (I do NOT sew...)
At the Christmas Carousel this weekend, I was able to find a few things. Got one gift (which won't be shown here), got Chris some divinity (mashmellowy white stuff that he just loves), and then these two things below for myself...
First is this ADORABLE christmas ornament!!! Yep, pink and green, and will be displayed in my scrap room before and after it hangs on the Christmas tree! The little starbursts are actually fuzzy...I love this!!! It makes me giddy!
And last, this necklace...when I saw it, I was really struck by it because it is a different green. In real life, it almost glows, it's so bright. Can't wait to wear it!!
Now Chris is back at the soccer complex wrapping things up, and I am about to make my grocery list and head to the store. It's been a very productive, good weekend...hope you've enjoyed yours!

Stocking names - instead of putting them ON the stocking, how about doing a nifty paper tag and attaching it with pretty ribbon to the little hanging tab.
DH and I have two stockings of our own, but we have frequently had family for Christmas. Since I never know who will be here, I make fancy tags and customize my stockings to fit the occasions.

I need to have our names put on our stockings as well. I have been thinking about taking them to be monogrammed?
Love all your stuff! I've got to get started on my Christmas shopping. I'd probably get the stockings monogrammed, but the pretty tags are a great idea too.
