I went to an IABC meeting last week and Dieter Pauwels was the guest speaker. It was quite interesting and I don't know if I "buy in" to everything he says, but it was great to see things in a different way. Just thought I'd share since you had that quote credited to him.

So true!!! If I did not mention before ~ re~focus is my theme for the new year that I started about a month ago! Have really needed it at work lately ~ what a challenge!
