This little beauty caught my eye this afternoon...
We in Texas enjoyed beautiful, glorious weather today...it was at least 75 degrees out there. I positioned myself on my adirondeck chair on the front porch and settled in for a chat on the phone with my mom. While we were talking, I noticed this little green sprout. It brought a smile to my face. The sunlight was shining through the green leaves, making it look like it was illuminated from within. It made me feel a flutter of hope...
Spring is on the way...beauty does exist...and keeps coming back, year after year...out of the dry, hard brown earth, hope grows...
