Starting to feel a little overwhelmed with everything that we have going on. I think I will feel a lot better when our house sells. Because I know that until that happens, we won't be moving into the new house. That has to come first. So, it has me a little worried that the house should be ready in about 45 days or so...and we haven't had one offer on our house.
Our realtor is still optimistic, and doesn't think we have it priced too high. She has one couple that really wants the house, but they have to sell their house first. So, we wait.
The stuff that really bothers me is when something that is supposed to happen doesn't happen, and our time is wasted. Because right now, time is a very valuable thing. We were supposed to meet with the cabinet guy at the new house, to make sure that was all figured out. We were there on time (during our lunch hour), and he didn't show up. A waste of our time. Luckily, our builder did show up, and walked through it with us, and HE will be discussing it all with the cabinet guy. Because I have no desire to meet with the cabinet guy myself.
No time to have time wasted!!!!
So...time to feed my dog, then feed my family. I'll try to perk up...

I know it has to be very frustating to not have had an offer on the house. The waiting part kills me in every thing I do in life! It sucks!!
That cabinet guy is something else! I'm glad that the builder was there so you don't have to make another appointment with the cabinet guy and then him not show up again!
