peep toes

I gave in to the peep toe trend...I was not a fan when they first came back into style. But, the more I see people wearing them, the more they're growing on me. Then I found a pair of Nine West peep toes for very cheap, and I couldn't pass them up.

Laura called them my "sex kitten shoes" today...not sure about all THAT, as I am about the farthest thing from a sex kitten! But, there's nothing like a great pair of heels to make a woman feel good!

In other news...

I'm having trouble finding a tie for Chris to wear to the wedding...and I also can't find jewelry for me to wear. I was thinking about a fuschia and orange gem necklace from Superhero Designs (andrea on my sidebar), but the closest one she has is pink, orange, and red. And I'm not sure I want all that. I don't think she does custom pieces, but I may email her.

We're going to Fredericksburg this weekend, to get some stuff ironed out. Meeting with Rebecca at the Trois Estate to work the ceremony and reception out. Hopefully we can meet with a caterer that I'm thinking about, but I'm not having luck with the bakeries. One isn't available for our wedding date, and the other isn't available to meet with us at a time we can meet. Will have to call the florists tomorrow, since they haven't emailed me back. Hopefully I can get this to all come together...

Off to pick up dinner...
