Holy cow, only 25 days until our wedding! That blew me away when I counted it out this evening.
How am I doing?
:: Have been conversing with the florist. She sent me the price list for everything I want, and now I need to get back to her with the final decision.
:: Went and listened to a guitar player Saturday night, we thought he was pretty good. He'll be able to provide some nice background music, leaving it very possible to carry on conversations and visit. Need to fine tune some stuff and get it all hammered out with him.
:: Purchased Aspen's shoes, they are currently being dyed. Will pick them up on Saturday.
:: Tried on my dress, my shoes, and my jewelry all together...did I feel beautiful? I guess. Hopefully I will feel more so on the actual day.
:: Got the majority of our favors ready this evening.
Lots accomplished, but still a few odds and ends to finish up.
This week has started off quite crazy, and will only get more so. Sometimes it seems like so much stuff falls into one week.
:: Sales meeting at work with all of the sales managers...which means I have spent weeks working on stuff for it, and many nights past 5:00 (which I do NOT do).
:: Wednesday is BUNKO!
:: Thursday evening is what we call the Dig Gig, a yearly summer party through work. Typically it's some sort of picnic somewhere, and families are invited. This year, we are having it at one of the steak houses, and it's going to be a Date Night. I'm looking very forward to it...
:: Saturday & Sunday is the July Scrapbook Retreat. I don't know what I'll be working on yet, but I need to find all of my supplies and get it figured out!
:: Also on Saturday, at 2:00, my coworker is hosting a bridal shower for my work friends. That should hopefully be fun...another instance where I'll be the center of attention, and I am so not comfortable with that. What the heck am I going to do on the wedding day?

And you'll be fine at the shower Saturday. Just remember these are people who love you and want to do nice things for you. It's not like you're performing for strangers or something. I mean, I know it's a little weird, because I feel the same way. I suppose after wedding showers, house warming parties and baby showers, I've just gotten used to ti.
Oh my goodness! 25 days??? WOW! That will be here in the blink of an eye! I hope you get lots of great stuff at the shower!
