:: A beautiful perk to my healthy lifestyle: fitting into clothes!!! I had the absolute BEST clothes shopping experience over the weekend. I think Chris was a bit dumbfounded when we left the mall with actual bags in hand. That never happens in the life of Kelley! I usually try on and try on and try one...and leave empty handed. This time, we headed straight to Express, and I left with two pair of work pants and a very nice black work skirt. I zipped them up and they fit perfectly. I looked in the mirror, said yep, and onto the next pair. I actually smiled at my reflection. So very exciting! And definitely motivating...I'll use that to fuel my eliptical workout tonight :)
:: It's weird to think that Tuesday, our new president will be decided. I'm not really what you would call a "political" person...but this election has definitely interested in. I can't say that I really know what each candidate stands for, etc...but this could be some huge history in the making. Will be interesting to see what America decides...
:: Wednesday I am hostess of bunko! So I'll have a crazy gaggle of women in the casa...looking forward to it...only Kim won't be joining us...booooooo...
:: I ordered books 3 & 4 of the Twilight series from Amazon, so I'm looking forward to those arriving. They are only available in hard back right now, and they were cheaper online. Also bought another Christmas gift, and this one is a great one!
:: Going back to the Express shopping experience...they had a matching suit jacket for the pants and the skirt, so that will be my next purchase. They even have a cute vest, which I might try. Feels good to be getting some nicer work clothes, and clothes that actually FIT. I feel pretty frumpy in my now-too-big clothes...
:: Well, the eliptical is calling...
