listening

What are you listening to these days? I always think that the kind of music a person listens to tells a lot about them. So here I am, right now...

My Murano has a 6 disc changer, and I have had it loaded up with the same 6 cds for quite some time.

Disc 1: Dierks Bentley, Modern Day Drifter -- Chris gave this cd to me for Christmas, and I'm still getting to know it.

Disc 2: Twilight Soundtrack -- My friend at work gave me a copy of this cd when we were all on our Twilight kick...surprisingly, the soundtrack isn't too bad. I really like quite a few of them, especially Never Think which is sung by the guy that plays Edward in the movie...

Disc 3: David Cook, David Cook -- this is another one I received for Christmas. I'm a big David Cook fan, I tink his voice is amazing; but his music isn't necessarily my style. It's something I can listen to once in awhile, and it's taking awhile for me to get into this.

Disc 4: Sugarland, Love on the Inside -- really love this cd. This is probably the cd I listen to the most. The cd is a mixture of great upbeat songs, but also has its fair share of sad songs too. I tend to really love sad songs. Call me morbid :) My very favorite is the last one on the cd, Very Last Country Song. That song really gets me.

Disc 5: Taylor Swift, Fearless -- this is a fabulous cd. I like every song but one, and that is saying a lot! She's a cute girl and I think her sophomore attempt is really successful. I love #2 Fifteen and #7 Breathe and as I've mentioned before #12 The Best Day.

Disc 6: Kenny Chesney, Lucky Old Sun -- Kenny is a staple for me...his voice soothes me. I don't love this cd as much as Be As You Are, but it's still pretty good. #5 Down the Road is my favorite.
