monday is almost here again

A good, productive weekend here for us...

:: The annual scrapbook retreat is this coming weekend! That means that I had to spend some time getting pages ready to be done. I really don't want to lug all of my stuff out to the woods, so I'm going to do my best to only take the necessities. I have 60 pages ready. I am hoping that will be enough for 2 days of solid scrapping :) This week, I need to get the doodads & ribbon picked out for them all. We get there Saturday at 9:00 a.m. and leave Sunday at 5:00. Looking so forward to it. I've got all my healthy food bought to take with me...will be determined to eat clean while there...

:: Speaking of clean eating...I am very proud of myself this week! My goal was to have a 100% clean week...and I have had that so far. My 2009 goal is to eat only one treat a week, and I am going to go ahead with that...because tonight is the Superbowl, and we are having Superbowl Sundaes! So, one treat this week for me...that is VERY good for me, I did soooo good this weekend even with a bit of haggeling from Chris and Aspen! Yay me!

:: This weekend, I learned that it is a "nunchuck" and not a "numchuck" like I have thought my whole life. Who knew?

:: I spent some time dehydrating some apples this weekend, they are so yummy. I've not ever done them before, and it was very easy. Took some time, and only got about 1 big ziploc bag full. But so delicious and all healthy!

:: I got a massage on Saturday and it was so nice. A full hour...ahhh. My only complaint was that she talked almost the entire hour, and I am the kind of person that really just likes to lay there in silence and RELAX. How do you politely tell someone to shut up when they are massaging you??? Was a little sore later in the afternoon, but so worth it. I still have an hour left to do, and need to get that scheduled...

:: This Wednesday is bunko, and I'm ready! Can't wait...also on Wednesday - Chris will be going to Minnesota to do some training there on a new program they've developed for our company. They are leaving bright and early in the morning and coming back that night. Will be a long day for him for sure.

:: We got Zelda for the Wii this weekend! Back in the day, I was a big Zelda girl on the Nintendo...beat the game. This one is very very different, but we had a lot of fun yesterday getting to know the game. Aspen and Chris stayed up until 2:00 am.! No...I did not! :)

Well, I need to get my to-do list ready for the week...have a great one!!!

When you schedule the other hour, ask for a different person! PTS
