yeee haw

I spent the weekend out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by trees and peace and quiet.

Well, peace and quiet except for those 8 other women who were chatting and laughing and having fun!

My scrapbooking retreat was super fun, I had such a great weekend. I was in serious get-it-done mode, and completed about 38 pages (I'm guestimating, I didn't actually count before we left). Of those 38, I'm very pleased with about 35 of them. So that, my friends, ain't bad! A few people there were even scraplifting (which means copying my layouts, for you non-scrappers) some of my layouts, and that is always, always flattering. I will attempt to get them posted on here, but 38 will take awhile :) I'll probably just do my favorites.

Got home this evening around 5:30...unpacked and then headed to the grocery store. Laundry will have to wait until tomorrow.

The family seemed to get along just fine without me and had many fun plans to keep them busy. It's good to be back home with them and with my Ocho!!

Now, I'm attempting to relax and wind down my Sunday evening...watching the Grammy's. I must say, Miley Cirus truly annoys me...I don't know why that girl is so popular.
