yawn...

:: Whew...tonight I combined the upper body and the lower body Jackie Warner workouts. The way I see it, last time I did them in two separate days, and was sore 2 days for each, for a total of 4 sore days. Why not combine the two into one day, and cut the soreness into only 2 days? I may not be able to walk tomorrow, but dang it, I'm bound and determined to get buff!

:: These are some of my favorite new goodies...mmmm! Just a bunch of seeds and flax and qunioa and brown rice pressed together. They are also wheat free and gluten free, if those things are important to you. Don't they look tasty? Super crunchy, yum-o! Thank you to Chris for adding these to my Valentine Clean Goodies...I never would have tried them otherwise...

:: Found out yesterday that I will be doing some traveling for work on April 2nd. I'm going to Odessa, TX for an all-day sales meeting...really just as an observer, as they like to have someone from our department at all the meetings. Should be an interesting day. To be honest, I feel as though I am super swamped at work right now and that a full day out of the office won't really help matters...especially during Annual Report season...however, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!

:: I think it's time to get my hair trimmed. I love my girl Kasi, she does a great job. She pretty much does the hair of all my girlfriends, and does fabulous color. Too bad my hair is virginal and has never been colored! Right now I am loving my super long, super sleek ponytail, but that's the only way I like it. It's too long for my messy bun that I love, and I rarely wear it down. I tend to wear it down a little more when it is shoulder length...need to call for an appointment, she only does evening appointments one night a week...

:: Idol...I am happy with the two people that went home. So very happy that Megan made it through, she's lucky after that silly Rockin Robin song.

:: Yawn.......time to round up my favorite four-legged Mr. O and hit the sack...Chris is off tomorrow and Friday to spend some Spring Break days with Aspen...lucky dog! I'll be getting up alone in the morning...poor me...
