:: These are the new jeans that I bought at Express...truly am loving them! And they are button up, not zipper...and I just think those fit so much better. So glad I found them...

:: Took Ocho to the vet today...he's been sneezing and stuffy. The vet confirmed that he indeed has a cold...he has swollen lymph nodes and a fever of 103. And $80 later, he's received a shot and has gotten antibiotics to take for the next fourteen days. Poor pup!

:: Finished "The Hiding Place" by Corrie ten Boom. Definitely not my kind of book. It was well written, I will say that. But it was non-fiction and it was historical about the concentration camps of WWII and it was full of religion...all three just not my cup of tea. I will be telling my book buddy to refrain from any more like this!!!

:: And now, I plan to reread "The Time Traveller's Wife" so that I can be refreshed to go and see the movie that comes out tomorrow! Since we are leaving for our getaway right after work, the movie will most likely have to wait until sometime next week. Oh, but I'll be there!!!

:: Watched "Chefography" on Food Network last night for the first time...I really enjoyed that. It was about Bobby Flay, and it was so interesting to see how he got to where he is today. I'm recording them and I am especially interested to see Giada's...watching that one now!

:: I presume, for the next post, you'll be seeing lots of amazing photos from our Ruidoso trip! I can not even tell you how excited I am!!!!! Have a great weekend....maybe I'll post on the trip...we shall see...
