five bullets

:: 153 photos ordered last night. Can't wait to get that package in the mail! Should be within a week, hopefully. It is always so exciting to hold the photos in my hands...our memories mean a lot to me.

:: Made a new recipe tonight...hopefully it will be good. A vegetable/beef/barley soup in the crock pot. Smells good, so we'll see. Last night, I made scallop risotto, which was very tasty. My first time making risotto and it was pretty easy. Just a lot of stirring.

:: Chris bought his plane ticket to Africa!! Their trip is going to be a few days longer than planned. He's going to have an amazing Sabbatical. My Sabbatical is swiftly approaching...something like 38 days until it begins!

:: Ocho continues his streak of good days. I can't tell you how happy that makes me. Feels like things are a little more "right" in the world because of that. He's our special guy.

:: Who will go home on Idol tonight? Can't say I'm too into caring. My guess would be Paige Miles. Last night's show was pretty ho hum. I'm still going with Crystal, for the win.
