random things

:: I thought I would post a photo of Ocho's stitches...it is about 2 inches long. He gets to go have them removed on Monday! He had another good day today...we're having a hard time keeping him calm. He is raring to go!

:: Had an insanely busy day at work...a long to-do list and felt like I was rushing to get it all done. But done it is.

:: I have been doing a daily reading from Joel Osteen's "Your Best Life Begins Each Morning"...they have been good readings, but it seems like he gets on a kick of one subject and then it's days before he moves on. So, I skipped a few days and went back to it yesterday evening when I realized I had missed a few. Does it ever strike you odd how some things just jump off the page at you?? This spoke to me: Remember, God is still working on you. You may not be all you want to be, but at least you can thank God you're not what you used to be.

:: You know what makes me sad? The fact that Jesse James cheated on Sandra Bullock with some horribly skanky tattoo queen. Maybe it isn't true. I hope not. But if it is, poor Sandra. The biggest day of her career getting an Oscar, and then this.
