sunday recap

:: Dropped Aspen off Friday evening for a lock-in at church...then I headed downtown Abilene to take photos of a proposal!!! It was so fun and exciting! I loved witnessing it. I was able to get some cute photos, so hopefully the family is pleased with them. Once I got home, Chris and I had a nice dinner together at TaMolleys...it was a good evening.

:: Saturday, I went to my monthly scrapbook crop and had a good time with the ladies. I was in an odd, non-scrapping mood...didn't really feel like doing anything scrap related. So I did five pages and then sized/color corrected photos for printing the rest of the day. Still had a great time, even though I didn't accomplish much scrap-wise...now, my husband...he is something else. I got home after 6:00 to discover that while I was away all day "scrapbooking", he was home and got so much done...cleaned the house...did about 7 loads of laundry...woo hoo!!! He gave me the gift of a chore-free Sunday and I am GRATEFUL!!!!

:: Right now, I feel like I could take a nap...mmmm....maybe I will :)

:: Ocho is really wanting out of his crate...Saturday while Chris was home with him, he had a good, quiet morning. Seemed like he was feeling really good. Maybe too good, because he got really restless in his crate after that and wouldn't lay down. Stood up for hours, whining. Finally got to the point where he was hurting again. Poor guy. He's got a long road ahead of him, and it isn't going to be easy to keep him settled down. He's resting well now, and has eaten really well twice today. That is good to see...
