A great weekend is in the books!

Our trip to Oklahoma City for the half marathon was so good! We just got home a bit ago, and we're getting ready to for the week ahead. Lucky me, I requested to have the day off tomorrow! So I plan to get a lot done - laundry, grocery shopping, organizing a few things, hopefully a good, big blog, etc. Back to work on Tuesday!

I will be blogging about the whole weekend, but here is a quick recap -- there was a 2 hour rain delay due to lightening, so that threw a lot of stuff off; but all 15 of our runners crossed the finished line! Some in better condition that others :)  But that was a big success! Chris had a good race, and Aspen did well too! Oklahoma is a pretty hilly course and there is nowhere in Abilene to really train on hills...so that got to everyone a bit. I am so proud of my two Babers! And the other 13 too!!
