:: Had a great workout after work -- 20 minutes on the Beast, and then arms/legs. I did so many squats, I know I am going to feel it tomorrow! But that's ok. :) Weight is maintaining and I am happy. Interested in what I'm eating, now that Whole30 is over and I've reintroduced a few things? Read on. If not, skip to the next bullet! Today I ate: 1 egg muffin, 1 grass fed breakfast sausage patty, carrots and homemade nut butter; half a Lara bar and a cup of Fit popcorn; two sausage patties, 1 hard boiled egg, watermelon, banana chips and guacamole; 1/2 cup sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup cashews; zucchini noodles with beef stir fry, watermelon, salad; 3 squares of 73% dark chocolate. There you go! Nothing out of the ordinary for me, except the addition of popcorn and dark chocolate. My new favorite is Alter Eco Salted Brown Butter 70% Dark Chocolate -- oh my oh my!

:: Below is another photo I posted on Instagram this evening...a shot of my new found muscles :) Slowly but surely, they are appearing. Yay!
:: My Larimar ring was delivered today!!!! The one that I purchased on the cruise ship and had to be ordered in my size. It is beautiful, I love it so! My knuckles are so big, that once any ring gets over them it is always a little loose. And with it being top heavy from the stone, it is moving around a bit. I will need to get used to it, but it is gorgeous :)
:: My mom and Randy will be leaving tomorrow to head on down this way! So excited to have them here for graduation!! Tomorrow evening I will be doing some last minute cleaning and prep, so I may or may not post. We shall see.
