:: Had a busy day at work today -- we currently have an LDA employee with us (Leadership Development Academy) which means that they are a young 20s person right out of college, and they are going through an 18 month program at our company to learn leadership, etc. They go through each department at the office and see how the whole company works as a whole. So she is taking her turn with us right now. We also have a summer apprentice that just started with us this week -- not an intern (we have those too, but not in our department)...an apprentice is there more to learn, not to do the grunt work. Interesting stuff, but definitely adds a bit to the day.

:: Had a great zumba workout this evening!! Then did my Ab Challenge exercises and did my Plank Challenge this evening with Chris. We accomplished the 3 minute plank this evening...I tried last night and didn't make it. So I am pretty excited to make it this evening!!!

:: Made homemade tilapia fish nuggets for dinner with spaghetti squash, french fries and pineapple...I ate it all, minus the fries :) It was delish.

:: Aspen has been at youth camp all week -- she will be coming home tomorrow evening around 6:00 -- I know she will be full of stories! Hopefully she had an amazing week with God!!!

:: Tomorrow is Casual Friday!! Plus, we received word today that we will also be getting casual dress all next week!!! Woo hoooooo!

:: The NBA finals started this evening -- go Spurs!!
