Tuesday 9-2 : Our great trip continues! On Tuesday, we met up with a sales manager from our company, at a restaurant called Syberg's. It was great getting to chat with him, and to meet his spunky wife too! Together, they are a hoot :) From there, we headed to Massa's for a lovely dinner with my cousin Shelly and her family. The boys, Bradley and Drew, were so fun -- they opened up to us fairly quickly this year and we really enjoyed them. They were bummed that Aspen was not with us, that's for sure -- they had so much fun last year!
Wednesday 9-3 : On Wednesday, we went to the outlet mall and Chesterfield Mall to look around a bit. We bought a few things, but I was bummed to not find anything at the Fossil outlet :( That evening, we met up with my McCarthy clan and enjoyed a fun night of tacos, mudslides, and laughter. It is always so good to see everyone...once a year is surely not enough! Jaci is a beauty and at a fun age...and Kaden is such a stocky cutie pie!
Thursday 9-4 : On Thursday, Chris and I headed off on our Augusta getaway that I gave him for our anniversary!! It was perfect, we had such a lovely time together!!! I will do a full post on our trip with photos, because I have lots -- the short story is that we were able to visit two wineries, had dinner at a brewery and our bed/breakfast was incredible!!!
Friday 9-5 : On Friday, we had breakfast at our bed/breakfast and then headed back to my mom's...then went for a sushi lunch with mom and Randy. We are now relaxing a bit before heading to Queeny Park this evening. They are having an art fair that should be fun!
Tomorrow, we pack up and head back to Texas...we are excited to see Aspen and Mimi and our sweet pups!! It has been a fun week with mom's dog Roxy, but we miss our pups big time!
