:: Productive day at work -- Allison has begun to officially help with my work load, and though she still has questions, she is working on her own from her own computer. Huge, huge help!! I somehow managed to still fill every minute of the day though, still lots to do!
:: Cardio workout after work -- and Chris ran 9 miles.
:: Made a delicious dinner tonight -- baked tilapia, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and pasta with black olives, green olives, green onion, garlic, and a sauce. It was quite tasty indeed! And leftovers too, so yay!
:: My collection of nutrition books is growing! I currently have:
- Robb Wolf's Paleo Quick Start Guide
- Eat Your Way Lean by Lauren Gleisberg
- Nom Nom Paleo by Michelle Tam
- The Eat-Clean Diet by Tosca Reno
- The Eat-Clean Diet for Men by Tosca Reno
- It Starts with Food by Dallas & Melissa Hartwig
Two additional books should be delivered on Saturday!
- Wheat Belly by William Davis
- The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain
With those two, my collection will be complete (for now) and my learning process will begin/continue. With all these different sources, I need to find a way to put everything I learn into one location. Lots to learn. And then implement.
:: Week 1 = no sugar -- still going well. Haven't had any problems really, with cravings, headaches, etc. So that is good. I think my body was just so very ready to get back to a strict regimen. It was way out of whack. I don't plan to weigh myself all of January, or during my Whole30 in February. So we will see what affect those two months has on the number on the scale. My willy nilly few months at the end of the year packed the pounds back on. I am so tired of yo-yo-ing. And my allergies are completely out of whack again. Onward to health!!
:: Time to relax, so adios!
