:: Day 2 of Daniel Plan went well! Only thing we're struggling with is getting enough food into Chris...it's hard to do, when, for instance, he burned 800 calories on his run. There is only so much chicken and veggies one person can eat!!
:: Did my first 45 minute Daniel Plan workout tonight...it was tough! Cardio and arms. And I am spent.
:: Tonight's dinner was baked chicken, roasted red potatoes, and roasted squash -- it was quite yummy!
:: Working my way through Season 3 of Grey's and the last one was so sad. George's dad died...boo.
:: Not much happened today...so I won't drawl on and on...more tomorrow!!
