puppies are so cute

...they have to be, so that you'll put up with their puppy ways! :) The potty training...the chewing...the middle-of-the-night trips outside...

But it's short-lived...and a pretty well-mannered dog emerges...so, it's just a little test of patience for a few months...patience is NOT one of my virtues, however, I'm trying!

Overall, things are going good with Ocho...and he's so dang cute! We're just loving him up!

Had his vet visit today...they all loved him up too...he weighs TWO POUNDS...so tiny...and he got a good report. Back in 4 weeks for his second round of shots. I was worried because he hasn't been eating much at all...but the vet said that he really only needs to be eating 3% of his body weight...and 3% of 2 pounds just ain't much, folks!

He's been sleeping 6 hours each night so far...just need to build that up. We'll get there...

Something that I am completely loving??? The past two nights at dinner, he had laid at my feet sleeping throughout the meal. Tonight he even ran over so he could lay there. Yay! This kind of thing makes me happy! I'd love for it to continue...

In other areas...

I'm loving the latest Harry Potter book! I'm cruising right along through it, but it's still going to take me awhile. We have our second installment of our Financial Peace seminar tomorrow at lunch, so I'll be back with more helpful hints for you all. Soccer is OVER for a few months. I've got a custom scrapbook job! I'm excited, it's for an adorable little girl's 1st year...should be lots of fun. Life is moving along...

Hard to fit much in, having to watch over Ocho non-stop...in the stage he's in with the potty training, an eye needs to be on him at all times! We're adjusting to that...
