busy

:: Up early to workout. Did upper and lower body. Wore me out. And I have been starving all week. Not sure why.

:: Very busy day at work...but, I finished my first employee reviews!! Turned the paperwork in to my boss and he was very pleased with them. Now I have to schedule a time to meet with each of them (I have 5 employees, how bizarre is that!?). I have actually already done one, because he left for Sabbatical this month. So, four more to go...

:: Also had a very busy evening. I squeezed a lot of things in! Got home at 5:30, made dinner quickly, took Aspen to youth, picked up food from a local restaurant across town for a group of 6, drove to deliver to that group (a coworker's mom passed away, and our department took care of their meal this evening) only to find that they weren't home. After a frantic phone call to my friend Kathy, we finally determined that they were probably at the visitation. The funeral home was right around the corner, so I headed over there, paid my condolences at the visitation, and gave them the food. From there, stopped at Walgrens, then back to pick up Aspen from youth. Home to dinner, then wrapped my Secret Santa gift for the crop this weekend. It always takes a bit of time to wrap all those little things! And now...it's time for bed!!
