:: We ate lots of food...we bought lots of stuff for the house...we cleaned and did chores...we worked on getting things hung on the wall and finished up inside the house. Busy busy but all good stuff.
:: Chris and Neeley were able to get the media room all hooked up and ready to go...and we tested it out and were amazed!! We have our very own movie theater in our house, it's just insane. The sound is crazy! I foresee lots of get togethers happening in there!!!
:: We bought some furniture...a bed for the guest bedroom, along with a night stand and a dresser. Hopefully we will have it all in time for mom's visit at the end of June, but if not, we'll at least have the mattress set for her to sleep on!! We also found a coffee table, two end tables, and a long display table. And I purchased two stools for my scrapbook table! All of it had to be ordered, so now we wait...
:: Poppy is getting very settled into our family routine, and is doing sooo well with her potty training. We are very happy with her and she is darling to look at too. She loves laying in the sun beams, and I love this picture I got of her on Sunday...she has the sweetest face.

:: And I would like for you to meet Godfather Ocho...he is very wise...

:: There is a lot of this going on each day...Poppy wants to play a lot, but Ocho only does it on his terms. She'll be laying there minding her own business, and he'll saunter off to get a toy. They he will go and stand by her, with the toy in his mouth, and make this growling noise until she takes up the other end and they start a round of tug of war. They seem to enjoy it!

:: Chris helped me finish up the things in my scrapbook room, and now it is all in order and ready to go!! I am sooooooooo happy! This room is filled with all of my very favorite things...they may not all necessarily go together, but it is a hodge podge of goodness that makes me smile in my heart. Everyone needs a room like that, for sure. I am so blessed that I do have it! Every single thing in this room has a story or a meaning...

:: This is my "Wall of Ks"...I have been collecting Ks for a few years, and have about 50 of them! I have never had a place to display them before, so this makes me extremely happy to see! I had fun figuring out how to put this wall together. The sign on the left is brand new, I bought it at Jordan Taylor this weekend. It says "let your light shine", which is something Captivating talks about. It is also a Christian song that I really love. We should all strive to shine out our light onto others!

:: This is to the left of my window...

:: This is a special little section...I love this huge metal frame and the photo of me and Chris...the glass bottle holds the eternity sand from our wedding...the Love Story plaque is one of my favorite things...and the pretty white dish is my grandma and grandpa's. (It was either a wedding gift or a 50th anniversary gift to them...I need to ask granny!)

:: This is to the right of my window.
:: I am so pleased with every square inch...I will be in this room all the time...
:: We also finished up our master bathroom. We found the artwork that we wanted to use, and were then able to get new towels to match. The is a huge yellow flower with green around it. It goes well with our granite, the floors, and the cedar beams. Green rugs and yummy buttery towels...
