we love our house

Hi there! I almost didn't remember how to log on!

Well, we are in! Not completely, as the garage still has a ton of boxes that we need to go through and we need to find places for a lot of our things. We also need to buy a list of things to complete the house, like a coffee table and end tables for the living room, patio furniture for the back porch, etc. But things are coming along and it is beginning to feel like home to all of us.

The dogs are slowly adjusting. I am hoping that Chris will agree to buy some sod squares and fence in a small area with a cheap fence right off the back porch. We need something temporary that will let the dogs have some freedom...they are not enjoying going out on their leashes. And we are not enjoying it either...it's taking a lot of time to get them to go.

Slowly but surely we will get completely settled and life will go back to normal. Routine will return. Me and the dogs will be happy about that :)
