:: Chris is HOME! He got back to the office around 4:00 and came to see me. Yay! I really missed him and now we are hanging out together in my scrap room :)
:: I discovered recently how to "loan" books on the Kindle. Yay! Unfortunately, only certain publishers allow this on specific books. It isn't across the board. I lent one out to Kim though, and it worked! And she is really enjoying it. Now that is what books are all about! I wanted to lend her The Help, but it is not one that can be lent. Oh well...I am also lending my paper version of the first Harry Potter book to Kathy. She hasn't read the series, and that just won't do! I would actually like to read the entire series from beginning to end, one after the other. I had so much time between books, waiting for the next one to come out, that I am sure I forgot a lot of little details.
:: I want to try to come up with more interesting posts...I feel like I have become so boring!! Of course, tantalizing posts take a lot more effort and a lot more time. And I'm not sure that tantalizing is who I am! But I'd like to try...I'll have to give some thought to some future posts.
:: Printed my very first photo of Poppy today. I want to scrapbook my favorite photo from the day we brought her home. I found an adorable title that says "Puppy Love" that will make a very cute page. She's a doll...
:: Chris and I listened to the blues cd he bought at BB Kings in Nashville...good stuff! Need to load it up on my iPod so I can have it. We also listened to Larry Frick, a country singer he heard. An enjoyable evening with my love!
