:: Another weekend in the books --
:: Friday evening, I went out for Girl's Night...me, Rhea (Chris' boss's wife), Diane ( a woman that takes dance lessons from our dance instructor), Kelly (Rhea's long time friend), and Anna and Stacy from work. We had a delicious dinner at The BeeHive -- I had ymmy shrimp scampi. After a lot of talking and laughing, we headed over to The Warehouse, but it was dead. No one there really. We then met the boys at Guitars for some dancing. Enjoyed my time dancing with my hubby!! We spent a few more hours at Rhea's and all the craziness that that comes with...got home around 2:30. Whew, tired.
:: Saturday, I ran to Hobby Lobby and bought some yarn, and then I spent the day making 6 scarfs!!! I found an awesome knotted scarf technique of Martha Stewart's that was soooo much quicker than actual knitting. So I was able to get 6 done and plan to try to sell them at Christmas in November, in Kim's booth. We shall see if they sell. If not, I'll be giving away some scarfs for Christmas :) I have more time before the event, so I'm sure I will be able to get more scarves done before then...then Chris and I went to dinner at Cotton Patch and browsed around at the mall for a bit.
:: Today was church, grocery shopping, and laundry...
:: And the Cardinals! Moving on...that's so exciting!!!!! I'm sure everyone in STL is just beyond crazed!!! Hope they go all the way!!!!!!!!
