:: Aspen and I went to the counseling session this evening, and it was really good. I feel that progress is being made on many fronts, and so it is well worth the time, money, and effort. Each week, a different pairing attends. Me/Aspen, Chris/Aspen, me/Chris/Aspen, just Aspen. There are issues in each group, and our counselor is helping us see things clearly and work through things. I am so grateful that God has led us to this and that he is working with us through it all. I do believe that with him, anything is possible. We just have to open our minds and our hearts to it.
:: We had our first employee luncheon of the year today!! Our new seminar room is just beautiful and it is crazy how much additional space we have. We have about 120 employees in house, and that number continues to grow. We had mexican food and it was yummy! It was nice to all get together again...have missed the monthly get together.
:: We are trying to plan a "meeting of the boyfriend" dinner...either here at the house or on a weekend dinner out. Aspen has been dating a boy named Kevin, and we want to meet him and get to know him. He seems like a really nice guy, so we are excited!
:: We've been watching Walking Dead the last few evenings, it's addictive! I'm not sure about this zombie craze or why they are suddenly the IT monster. But, the story line on the series is pretty good. Worth watching!
