back to work

:: Back to work today!! Lots of people are off this week, so it was fairly quiet. I was able to catch up on some stuff that I piled up last week, so that was good.  I might actually be able to work on some stuff that I need to give some thought to!

:: Chris polished my black leather Toms ballet shoes tonight and they look brand new!!! I've never polished any of my shoes before and I am so impressed! The toes were extremely scuffed up and now I no longer look like a hoosier!!!

:: Reading Les Miserables...on page 113 and oh my. Soooooooooo boring. I have been told by multiple people that it is an amazing story and I have to read it...so I will motor on and see if I can get to anything good! It's 1300 pages, so good gosh -- please let there  be something worth reading in there!!! Right now though, I think I will just read through an InTouch magazine :)

:: Had leftovers for dinner tonight so that was great - no cooking for me!

:: Wasn't able to get my run in yesterday or today -- it's in the low 30s here. Brrrr! Our treadmill is piled under a bunch of stuff and inches of dust in the garage, and the gym at work isn't quite ready to use yet. So I'm not sure how I am going to get my run in. Might have to brave the cold but by the time we get home from work it is already getting dark. Which means even colder weather!

:: Took Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off my cleaner eating and had a few treats. That was enjoyable but now it is back to the clean food!!!!

:: Only two more days in the work week :)
