:: Kind of a crazy busy Monday, but nothing bad...just a bit scattered I guess.
:: I received a "house call" from our nurse practitioner...or an "office call" you might say! She was thinking of me over the weekend, and really wanted me to get a nebulizer machine so I can do breathing treatments when needed. She would prefer I use that instead of the rescue inhaler. The medical supply place was nearby so I went over to get the machine. Unfortunately, insurance covers the machine but only after you meet the deductible...which, in February, surely hasn't happened yet. It wasn't outrageously priced, but was certainly more than I wanted to spend! Now I have to go and get the medicine that goes into it, from Walgreens. Will try to get that tomorrow. And then it will be interesting to try it out. It's supposed to open the lungs much better than the inhaler.
:: She wanted me to watch my workouts and be careful, and recommended walking for now. I did the treadmill after work in our new facility, and was feeling fine. So went ahead and walked 13 and ran 17. Felt fine during and after. Just have to listen to the body. Inside the air was warm and I felt able to get a lot of good air. So all was good. Outdoors in the cool air tends to take the breath quickly.
:: Tomorrow evening, Kim's son Brandon is coming over for a few hours so they can have a date night...should be fun!
:: Thursday evening, we are having a young couple from work over for dinner...haven't met the wife, but should be a very nice evening...
:: Wednesday I get these gray hairs gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:: I hope you are all having a great week so far!!!
