hump day

:: Headache today...blah. I am China Gelled up, and smelling up the place with the strong menthol odor. But it does help! :)

:: Had a lunch meeting today with the other supervisors...and then after work, we had dinner at church and then went to our life group until 7:30. So, it was a long day but it was good. Our life group went a little deeper this second week, and though it will take awhile for us all to gel and get close, I am hopeful that we can get to that point. If nothing else, it is nice to have a group that we can talk with in an honest matter, about things that most people might not really want to hear about.

:: Please say some prayers for Kim's dad...they flew her dad in to the hospital in town, for what he thought was a heart attack. The EKG showed that it wasn't but they are going to be working to figure out what is going on. There is power in prayer, I do believe...especially when multiple people are praying for the same thing...

:: Had to get new tires for Aspen's jeep today...they were already pretty bald when we bought it, and recently Chris  has had to keep filling a few of them up with air every few days. We feel better having her Jeep be a little safer. She does quite a bit of driving.

:: We get to enjoy a casual today tomorrow and Friday, so I am thankful for that! Comfy comfy.

:: That's about all I have -- need to veg my mind out for a bit.
