Within the last year, I have become infatuated with Frapachinos at Starbucks...they are so wonderful! And even though I try to avoid caffeine at all costs, if Starbucks is available, I'm not going to resist!!
Here's my question...all these Starbucks drinkers have "their" drink...they rattle it off to the clerk and presto! They've got a unique drink that has their own little spin on it. I have never tried doing anything fancy to mine. I usually order the Java Chip Frapachino, straight off the menu. And it is heavenly!
But there has to be a lower fat option? Lower calorie?
If you've got a minute, and if you are a Starbucks junkie, please let me know what you order, and what all it has in it...I want to be a pro at this too!!! :)

I LOVE Starbucks! It is my weakness. So hard to resist. My favorite are mocha frappuccinos, but lately if I go I get the mocha light frappuccino, which has no whipped cream on top and it's the low fat/less sugar option. It tastes similar to the regular, but not as sweet without the extra sugar. Their website has all the nutrition information. www.starbucks.com
I must say that I have never been into Starbucks before. I know.. sad sad life I live right?? :) Glad that you found a drink you enjoy there. Love the picture!
Tall expresso frappuccino light without whipped cream is my favorite and the one with the least amount of calories! I must have one at least three times a week!
